This includes disability programs to help eligible associates maintain financial health and protect your income in the event that you are unable to work. The Hartford administers leave of absence programs for American Greetings on the federal, state, and company levels, as well as wage replacement benefits like Short Term Disability and Paid Parental Leave. Long-term disability insurance and associated benefits payments and management are also provided by The Hartford. American Greetings provides short-term and basic long-term disability benefits to eligible associates at no cost. These benefits pay eligible associates some portion of their salary for the period of time they are disabled. The amount of your short-term disability coverage depends on the length of your current disability. Union associates need to see their CBA by going to AGBenefits.com and logging into myAGBenefits to view their benefit details.
