Summary Plan Description & Summary of Material Modifications

The Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) are the official Plan details for American Greetings’ associates. If you have a question about a particular Plan, referencing its SPD is an excellent starting point. The Summary of Material Modifications (SMMs) advise you of changes in the information presented in the SPDs. The information contained in the SMMs replace contrary information in the SPDs. Defined terms in the SMMs have the same meaning as in the SPDs.
